Speaker & Author
Speaker, trainer and author of Après le mot : Autiste. I speak about neurodiversity from the inside, from lived experience.
A word, then a starting point
The diagnosis was not an ending but a key. It let me reread my path, my exhaustion, my misunderstandings, and above all observe precisely how implicit expectations are built inside a group.
That rereading became a book, Après le mot : Autiste, and then a speaking practice in companies and in the public space.
Beyond neurodiversity
My talks usually lead people to become aware of their own identity and of the way they communicate it to others.
That is where the subject becomes universal: it is no longer about a “separate audience”, but about how each team builds, or blocks, mutual understanding.
Why this topic goes beyond neurodiversity
What I stand for concerns each of us, as soon as we try to better understand others and ourselves.
I believe our society suffers less from a lack of skills than from a lack of human legibility. We live inside educational, professional and social systems that reward adaptation, performance and conformity, while leaving little room for the real diversity of human functioning.
My vision is a world where difference is no longer seen as a problem to fix, but as a signal: the signal that our environments are not designed to hold human complexity.
Changing how we look at neurodiversity is not only about including more people. It means rethinking our frameworks, our ways of working, communicating and cooperating, to make them fairer, clearer and more human.
